NBForms

Hosted Page

Publish a public form page at your-name.nbforms.com — no website required.

A hosted page gives your form its own public URL at <subdomain>.nbforms.com. Anyone who visits the link can fill out and submit your form — no website, no embedding, no code needed.

Setting up a hosted page

  1. Open a form → Hosted Page tab.
  2. Toggle Enable hosted page on.
  3. Type your chosen subdomain (e.g. contact, apply, feedback).
  4. Set a title and optional subtitle — these appear as the page heading above the form.
  5. Choose a template — controls the visual style of the hosted page.
  6. Click Save.

Your form is immediately live at https://<subdomain>.nbforms.com.

Subdomain rules

  • Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only (e.g. my-form, contact2)
  • 3 to 40 characters
  • Must be unique across all NBForms hosted pages — you will see an error if the subdomain is already taken

Customization

FieldWhat it controls
TitleLarge heading shown above the form on the hosted page
SubtitleOptional smaller line below the title
TemplateVisual style / layout of the hosted page

Fields and field order are pulled from your form's Setup tab. Update them there to change what appears on the hosted page.

Submissions

Submissions made through the hosted page go to the same inbox as submissions from your own website. There is no distinction — all submissions appear under SubmissionsInbox in the dashboard.

Credit requirement

Each hosted page consumes one hosted page slot. The slot is charged once when you first enable the hosted page. Disabling or re-enabling the same page does not charge again — the slot stays permanently allocated to that form.

Hosted page slots are purchased as part of a credits package. One hosted page costs $5 (5 credits).

Changing or removing the subdomain

You can update the subdomain at any time. The old URL stops working immediately; the new URL goes live as soon as you save. No additional slot is consumed when you rename.

To take the page offline without consuming a new slot, toggle Enable hosted page off. The subdomain is released and the URL returns a 404 until you re-enable.
