Understand the free tier, how credits work, and what each credit buys.
NBForms uses a pay-as-you-go model. You start free and buy credits only when you need more capacity.

When you hit the 100-submission limit, additional submissions are stored as exceeded (visible in the Exceeded tab) but are not delivered to integrations or notification emails. You will receive a warning email.
Credits
Credits are the NBForms currency. 1 credit = $1. They never expire and are not tied to a monthly cycle.
Any credit purchase immediately unlocks all premium features (integrations, reCAPTCHA, API access, analytics) for the workspace.
What credits buy

Extra submissions are deducted from your credit balance as they arrive. Storage and team member credits are spent permanently at the time of allocation — deleting files or removing a member does not return credits.

Buying credits
Go to Settings → Credits and click Buy credits. Payment is processed via Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire? No. Credits never expire. Buy them when it suits you and spend them at your own pace.
What happens when I hit the 100-submission free limit? Additional submissions are rejected and you will get an email warning. Buy credits to extend your quota instantly — no downtime or data loss.
How are team member credits deducted? Each slot costs 3 credits once. There are no recurring charges. The member keeps access as long as your account is active.
If I delete uploaded files, do I get storage credits back? No. Storage credits are spent permanently when storage is allocated. Deleting files frees up space within your allocated storage but does not return credits.
Are refunds available? Credits are non-refundable. Because they never expire, your balance is always available for future use.
